Luxury Apartment on Stuart

Definitely stay here if it's available Positive: An amazing property. This is the one you should get when staying in Dunedin. Loads of space, it could support a small family. Lovely old building but extremely well kept and renovated with good facilities. Good location near The Octagon for bus routes / tourist stuff and for activities further afield

Def stay again. Stayed with my son and we had lots of privacy. Much more space and a lot nicer than a motel. Positive: Location. Facilities. Negative: Had trouble getting into the lock box

Great inner city stay, superb location and surprisingly quiet for town centre. Positive: Fantastic location within minutes of the Octagon, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, bars, art galleries and shops. Very comfortable beds with good linen, great shower with plenty of hot water and pressure - loved the heated floor. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking but with so many great places minutes away why bother. Negative: Rear bedroom overlooks a multi-story carpark building. While the window has a blind, it doesn't fully block the lights from the carpark which are on all night. The 5-minute carpark directly outside the property was always occupied, often by cars that were there for hours. This is not the properties fault at all but it did make it awkward to offload and load luggage on check-in and check-out.
