Superb would love to stay again !! Positive: Location was excellent. Beautifully renovated modern finishes. The interior was extremely clean warm and inviting. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Not that we cooked as lots of good cafes/restaurant's close by. Bathrooms had tiled finish with huge shower in the ensuite Under floor tile heating. It was a freezing 🥶 weekend but the house was cosy and warm. Check in was easy and hosts Nikki and Evie were very friendly answering questions quickly. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Probably one of the nicest places we have stayed in when visiting Dunedin and we are frequent visitors to the city. Excellent for a group of friends Negative: Not the accommodations fault but not a lot of parking.
