Superb would love to stay again !! Positive: Location was excellent. Beautifully renovated modern finishes. The interior was extremely clean warm and inviting. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Not that we cooked as lots of good cafes/restaurant's close by. Bathrooms had tiled finish with huge shower in the ensuite Under floor tile heating. It was a freezing 🥶 weekend but the house was cosy and warm. Check in was easy and hosts Nikki and Evie were very friendly answering questions quickly. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Probably one of the nicest places we have stayed in when visiting Dunedin and we are frequent visitors to the city. Excellent for a group of friends Negative: Not the accommodations fault but not a lot of parking.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location Positive: This property was beautifully appointed and super clean. Was situated within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and bars. It had comfortable beds with beautiful bed linen. Kitchen was well appointed and lounge area had plenty of seating with large smart tv. View of church was lovely. Negative: Nothing - it was fabulous
