Fabulous, Thankyou Positive: Everything in the apartment was beautifully appointed and excellent quality. Comfortable warm beds, in this tasteful refurbishment of this iconic Dunedin property. Excellent location, we could walk everywhere.

The location was excellent, right in the city centre with easy access to the Octagon and Town Hall for graduation. Bedrooms were roomy, but living area and kitchen small. There were 5 of us, any more would be hard to seat in the living space. Only issue with the location was the noise and the lack of parking. Take ear plugs if you've got the road frontage bedroom. Pricey, but worth it if central access is important.
