Star Struck on Stuart- Luxury 1 bedroom Apartment

Ultimate Accommodation for 3 night stay in Dunedin Positive: Beautiful, spacious apartment overlooking St Pauls Cathedral, right in the city centre. Full kitchen if needed. Old building but renovated with heaps of character. Hosts were great to communicate with. Very relaxing stay, will def recommend and we would love to stay here again if we back in town! Negative: This would have been a 10/10 for us had it not been for the water pressure in the shower. It was terrible too be honest so maybe thats something to get looked at. We had no hot water in the Kitchen sink either. This is the only negative thing during our stay.

Warm, stylish and comfortable apartment in very handy location. Positive: Beautifully styled and comfortable apartment. Warm and in a great central location. We felt very comfortable and relaxed here, and it was perfect for our needs. Negative: Unfortunately it's extreamly noisy late into the night on Fri / Sat nights with it being so close to the Octogan. But this is both the bonus and downfall of having such a central location. And also the shower had extremely low pressure. I ended up going to the hairdressers and paid to get my hair washed. LOL.

Lovely apartment with a great kitchen and bathroom and stylishly furnished rooms. Positive: Great location by the Octagon Negative: Usually when we stay in apartments, both in NZ and overseas, shampoo/conditioner and tissues are provided. I travel constantly for work as well as leisure and dont carry any of these items with me. Also, there was a coffee plunger in the well equipped kitchen but no coffee for it , only instant coffee which doesnt match the ‘luxury’ brand of the apartment. Overseas most apartments and a lot of hotels now have Nespresso machines and pods. When I emailed the host she replied they must have run out but there was no offer of delivering some coffee and when the cleaner came by (unfrequented) the first morning he checked the empty apartment next door but none there either.

Positive: Pa s grand chose Negative: L'emplacement: un parking tres cher que nous étions obligé d'utiliser car nous nous sommes fait voler un essui glace le premier jour de notre arrivée. La voiture étant garée dqans Stuart avenue. Un centre ville pas très joyeux. L'appartement: Une moquette dont on ne sait si la couleur est la couleur originale ou si elle est salle. Un appartement pour quatre aménagé pourdeux ou trois, une table pour manger ridiculement petite avec trois chaises et pas assez de vaisselle pour deux, nous avons réclamé des verres supplémentaires et étions obligés de laver assiettes et couvert en permanence, tres écolo. Un électro ménager de très mauvaise qualité. Une scandaleuse facture de 190€ pour ne avoir eu les bonnes explications sur le fonctionnement du frigidaire. Une pompe à chaleur déficiente.
