Positive: Loved the location, the views, and the "it's so retro (except for the kitchen - reno'd nicely) it's new again" vibe. Beautifully clean and comfortable. Negative: Our car bottomed out, entering the property from the paved road to the gravel portion. That lip needs a better transition.
