Great place to stay for families or groups of friends. Positive: Location and it was well equipped with everything for a relaxing stay.

Fantastic location with all the basics for a great stay in Dunedin city. Positive: Fantastic location, easy instructions to follow for access to property and great water pressure in the showers! Negative: Would have been great to have extra seating in the lounge and some light blankets/throws for more comfort for larger groups in the communal space.

We would highly recommend and would book again! Positive: Everything! Fantastically renovated and well-equipped property. We loved the generous sized rooms in particular. Negative: The location was a plus and a minus. We wanted to be close to the Octagon so the kids could come and go as they pleased and that’s what we got. The downside of booking a Friday and Saturday was the noise coming from the Octagon!

Excellent Positive: The location is perfect. Great communication. Very comfortable beds and good quality linen. Was able to cook a full Sunday roast for the family, kitchen well equipped could do with a roasting tin though. Very good heating which we really appreciated and spotlessly clean. Plenty of room to spread out. Would highly recommend this place.
