Modern family friendly Getaway

Awesome house with everything you would want. Very clean, beds were so comfortable. We will certainly be back. Positive: The house was very nice, great to have 4 bedrooms. Everything was there. Such a lovely place to stay

Positive: This property is clean and as described and met our needs well. I will say it was absolutely freezing when we arrived. Truly frigid. There are only 2 heating/AC units in the home - one in the upstairs living room (the bedrooms just have heated mattress pads), and the other in the downstairs bedroom. We were comfortable sleeping, but it took 12+ hours for the upstairs to reach a remotely comfortable temperature. The owners need to have the heat on in preparation for a guest's arrival. Otherwise though, the kitchen is well equipped, all pictures accurately represent the property, and we would stay here again.

A clean, well equipped property. Positive: The property was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Negative: No heating in the upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom. Not acceptable for winter in Dunedin.
