Positive: Comfy beds,, clean and modern Negative: On main road so very noisy and front bedroom has no heating

It was a pleasant stay. Positive: Spaces were good. It was a home so plenty of space. Beds very comfortable and warm. Negative: The lounge seating, red leather are comfy but the angle of the back is not very comfortable.

Absolutely fabulous, we loved it Positive: Location was perfect for exploring Dunedin, excellent parking, easy walking, car or bus access into the centre, met all our needs. The house is brilliant, very clean, well equipped to a high standard, excellent bed linen and towels, very comfortable and quirky. It was great to be able to play some vinyl, you cannot beat it and we really enjoyed reminiscing! The laundry facilities were great, very clean and everything provided. As seasoned travellers the information brochure was the best we have ever been provided with, thank you. Nicky from Edinburgh Stays was also very responsive when we needed to contact them, thanks. Shame about the weather, Negative: Nothing, the house was just perfect
