St Clair Heights-Panoramic views

Negative: The place was full of spiderwebs and very cold upon arrival . The house really needs to be updated .Open fire can not be used and the kitchen is very outdated and could do with new closets. Furniture , especially dining table could be replaced and some deco would be great as well . The view is breathtaking and the beds were very compfy so we had a good sleep but wouldn't book the house again.

Thoroughly disappointing - not worth the money. Positive: The view from the top bedrooms was great and the beds were comfy. Negative: We paid over $700 a night for this property. There were 5 of us and it sleeps 8. The hot water ran out after 2 showers (we could not even wash the dishes). The showers had mould in them and the glass door fell off one of them whilst our daughter was in the shower. Our daughter's student flat has better bathrooms. The Smart TV was not Smart (unable to access Netflix as advertised). Sharing a bed with whitetail spiders was not pleasant. This house is an example of a very budget renovation. The kitchen that looks quite good in the photos has been painted black and is falling apart. It's a crappy old house and not worth $700.

Positive: Area and view Negative: The house was very warm. Only one aircon but did not rich even in the living room. Die rooms were like a sauna. Alot of spider webs on the balcony and around the windows

Overall a really nice place to stay, particularly in summer time - overall a bit pricy though. Positive: We really enjoyed the breathtaking views and family time together in a very spacious house! The comms and presentation of the house was excellent, so were the check-in, check-out and communications during the stay! Thanks guys! Negative: A little more fine-tuning could make the place even better - enough cutlery, heaters for all rooms, working heater and light in the bathrooms. And things like a real Netflix account to use, complimentary tea bags, board games or a bluetooth speaker would be awesome even in rainy weather. Maybe offer an off-peak rate?
