Modern Mid-Century Retreat

Very well presented modern mid-century Californian style home. Positive: Very well presented, quiet and we all loved the modern but mid-century styling. Negative: Maybe a small BBQ would cap it off.

Positive: 房屋很有设计，舒适宽敞，考虑各房间的窗外景观，整体风格简约自然，复古又现代完美结合。花园景观，家具摆件都很讲究，很多书，还有一些老物件，人文气息很浓厚。家居和厨卫等使用感特别好，很符合动线和人体工学，床枕头尤其舒服。我父母年纪大了，在这个房子里也很便捷，我们一家都很惊喜，特别喜欢这个房子。以后到达尼丁还想回到这里。 Negative: 洗浴用品不全，幸亏我自己带了洗发水和护发，洗手液不好用，我实在用不惯香皂。😂一点小建议。

Everything was perfect - comfort, style, and created unforgettable family memories! Positive: We stayed here during our South Island trip for our 20th wedding anniversary, and this house truly felt like the best gift of all. It was stylish, beautifully designed, and everything was so comfortable. Having parking available on the property was also very convenient. Our whole family was absolutely satisfied, and we made wonderful memories here. Thank you. Negative: Nothing

Fantastic house with all the comforts of home beautifully presented! Highly recommend!! Positive: Loved absolutely everything about this property! It’s the ultimate retro modern look, done up just beautifully! Beds were super comfy, gorgeous bathrooms, fire place was so lovely and had everything needed for a wonderful stay! Oh & a lovely view too! Negative: Only thing is it’s a very steep walk up the hill from the octagon, we had to take Ubers but they didn’t cost much so well worth it!
